What Advanced Haki exactly? And what did he replicate?

I don't think you know how much far Coby is from an Admiral, much less from someone like Kuzan.

Show me an example of something not being advanced haki doing that. And kings punch don't count since we have never seen kings punch do this scale of damage only get rid of rubble already damaged.
