No touching is ACoC + ACoA. Luffy used Ryou against Kaido and made contact (Red Roc).

Garp is using Haki, I want to see if you can tell which Haki you know Garp is using since you're so knowledable on Haki.

The truth is we know shit about what Haki each character is using unless Oda spoon feeds us. He made Haki so inconsistent that anyone who claims that X used Y is bullshit.

Regular haki can accomplish what Coby did, whether it's Advanced or not, neither me or you knows but Oda, just like many people speculate Garp and Aokiji using ACoC when that explosion panel came because it's similiar to Shanks haki explosion.

Yet Oda didn't bothered telling if it was or not, therefore it was inconclusive. It's all speculation.

Thick lines this, trail that, doesn't work when Oda barely makes an effort to differentiate the Haki types.

I think its balanced since Zoro used CoC and he was being stalled efficiently by Lucci, plus you can see scratches and lil bit of blood on him

Add that to the fact he was surprised Lucci was still up (after Sanji looked down on him, that was important for a reason) and you have a mid diff

Luffy looked like he dealed with Lucci easier, even if you argue he made more effort, at least Zoro did lasting damage

Used CoC you absolute sum stain he one shotted him with basic CoC after pushing him with 2 swords.
