Ngl this eye being a second soul so to speak intrigues me
Currently we have
Caribou
Hakuba/Cavendish
Mihawk
Imu
Zuneshia
Luffy nearly has the double ringed eyes
That scene of kaido
Idk if there is anything they have in common, maybe it's a split/multiple personality characteristic
Caribou seeming has a good side based on the scotch and caribou covers story
Cavendish is definitely split personality
Mihawk idk could possibly have a split personality one blood thirsty and one respectable (imu could follow that)
Kaido had the eye rings when arguably being more inclined to the beast side while drunk
Luffy has the eye thing, it's less prevalent bc the DF literally chose him??
Zuneshia is a bit of an outlier tho to my already reaching fan theory..

ACoC is what propelled Luffy to top tier status and allowed him to puch Kaido to a high diff fight.
G5 is Luffys devil fruit peak, he still needs his Haki to be a properly functional fighter.
Kaido said that hes using his fruit while coated in both hakis, not that he always uses them lol. We even see clear indicators of ACoC usage when Luffy uses WSG versus his second punch on Kizaru who only used basic armament haki. So no he doesnt use it all the time.
