For 2 seconds against Lucci he used Haki flame and tiny sparks he had in Dressrosa or time when he picked up Enma only to realize Lucci is too weak and dumb down to two swords and take Haki off his swords.

In chapter 1110 Lucci was near 100%, was moving just fine, barely few scuff marks, and Zoro while distracted point blank dodges his fastest attack, catches blade mid air and blitzes him with Basic CoA move and damn near puts Lucci in grave.
You have to be lying out of your asshole in admiral desperation to think Zoro couldn't have done that in first nano second of a fight.
But taking Lucci out in such brutal manner was never Zoros priority. He's been lenient towards both Kaku and Lucci the entire arc until he absolutely have to fuck them up.
And For fuck sakes Zoro fought apoo for a lot longer with Drake until Zoro got serious and gg.
