This has to be the most misunderstood panel in manga by both Zoro and Sanji fans.
There’s no part in the manga where Sanji doesn’t listen to Luffy’s serious orders just because. That moment in Ennis Lobby was special. Sanji felt that even captain’s orders that is absolute to him wouldn’t matter after learning about Robin’s condition.

In that same scene when Zoro wanted Sanji to wait for them, luffy implied Zoro would’ve done the same ie in that situation he won’t stop even if Luffy told him to. Zoro didn’t deny that and his expression confirmed it.

We know ifrit jambe contains haki because we were told so, and Oda had Bonney use hardening to illustrate her using haki.
