But it's getting ridiculous when so many are labelled D and we don't know what it is.

It might just be WG calls them literally DICKS, for ruining their plans. Best explanation for the initial really. The One Piece is about being a DICK and standing up to tyrannical government regime.

This more for the world than the reader since the WG wipe out Roger real name but having it repeat because it a D section seem over done.

Definitely. At least DBS was enjoyable but here, nothing makes sense. There is no use in making fun of Nusjuro because everything is just so pisspoor written; storypacing, powerlevels, narrative. It's an utter joke and I don't even know why I keep reading this manga. If Egghead is that ass, imagine the other ones... It's already a huge disaster, everything afterwards will be a higher layer of disasters.
