So wait, Tequila Wolf is still a slave den and the Revs accomplished nothing? Bravo Dragon. Keep staring East you brave hero!
His only achievements so far:
- stealing his son from some [Oda quote] "unimportant" woman
- then leaving his son somewhere in a shithole
- starts jobbing in the marines
- gets fired out of disobedience, probably stole the wind fruit and ran away
- kidnapped a royal child and groomed and brainwashed him for decades
- abducted hundreds of civilians to have them exploited in low-paid jobs
- built a (poor ass) terror organization that attacks civil infrastructure
- harasses old men to work for him too or asks them for money
- doesn't move a finger anytime his affiliates were killed/ in danger
- runs away the moment a bigger bully appears in his quarters

The hero Dragon, typical commie and loving leader and father

Oda little changed the past years.
Now he don't care what he fans thinks about his story and G5, he get easily mad...

With editors like this, no wonder the downfall...
Such a shame that Oda feels personally attacked when people criticize his work or writing decision, for specific plots, and that ending up making his editors keeping quiet.

Wasn't it one of his Editors back in the day that suggested to Oda to let Akainu live on, and not die in marine ford? That's just one of many examples where Editorial advice was so good, because now we have one more awesome "Villain" for the final Saga. (With potentially redeeming qualities, but that's another discussion).

Edit : The Akainu one was never proven a.k.a. fake, but there are many other positive discourses the Story took in the past thanks to Odas editorial team.

You still glazing him have some shame :whitepress:

I revised my order actually

Mars > Top > Worm > World smartest scientist > Horse

Top fell down and worm got up. He also tanked a gear 5 armament attack from Nika. Top didn't fall further down because he regenerated his tusk

Mark my words after how Vegapunk and Kaido turned out in the end a lot of those hyped characters are gonna be massive frauds, at least compared to community exception :endthis:

I think this way is kinda unfair to us fans.
Yes it his story, but we fans are also a reason why One Piece what it is today. Saying to not care for loyal fans who buy volumes and other One Piece stuff since 20years+, at least he can also respect our criticism.

It is his story but I fear that he will over do it with every new criticism. And the message of that articel is clear for me, the editors are scared to even say their honest opinion anymore.
Here is the thing though, most of the fans who criticize are either in the minority or just a bunch of meatheads who are only obsessed with power levels.

One Piece is huge and has a huge fanbase now, Oda gets lots and lots of letters from fans, most of them are fans asking Oda joke questions or serious questions about the story or characters.

Only a minority are probably criticizing him and it's not like Oda has time to read every letter.

And while I think fans should criticize, they shouldn't dictate or influence the mangaka.

I remember a long time ago, there was a story where the creator decided to change some stuff due to the influence of the fans, and the story went downhill from there because of that.

The ones that Oda should listen to when it comes to criticism and actual feedback are his editors, they are the ones that work closely with Oda, so it's better for them to do it than some random fan on the internet.

Hey chatgpt,
Imagine we're in the world of One piece.
You have 5 male relatively old characters. They're experienced fighters. They all have eaten mythical zoan fruits (based on Japanese yokai) and even awakened them. They also have advanced conqueror's haki. Venus is also a swordsman who wields a supreme grade sword, a Kitetsu.

Venus has some kind of horse fruit. Bakotsu.
Jupiter has some kind of worm fruit. Sand wyrm.
Mars has some kind of bird fruit. Itsumade.
Saturn has some kind of spider fruit. Gyuki.
Mercury has some kind of boar fruit. Hoki.

Give me an order of them in terms their strength. Who wins in an all out battle. Mind that it's not a battle royal. It's all 1vs1 fights. With breaks in between so each of them has always full health.

__________

Given these details, here is the ranking of the characters based on their strength and the likely outcomes of their battles:

### Revised Order Based on Yokai Zoan Fruits and Additional Skills

1. **Venus (Horse Fruit - Bakotsu)**
2. **Mars (Bird Fruit - Itsumade)**
3. **Saturn (Spider Fruit - Gyuki)**
4. **Mercury (Boar Fruit - Hoki)**
5. **Jupiter (Worm Fruit - Sand Wyrm)**

### Justification and Battle Outcomes

#### 1. Venus (Horse Fruit - Bakotsu)
- **Abilities**: The Bakotsu, being a mythical horse yokai, would likely grant Venus incredible speed, stamina, and possibly spectral abilities such as intangibility or emitting a terrifying aura.
- **Swordsmanship**: Venus wields a supreme grade sword, Kitetsu, which significantly enhances his combat capabilities, giving him both offensive and defensive superiority.
- **Outcome**: Venus’s combination of high-speed, spectral abilities, and mastery with a supreme grade sword would make him extremely difficult to defeat in 1vs1 battles.

#### 2. Mars (Bird Fruit - Itsumade)
- **Abilities**: The Itsumade is a bird yokai known for its shrieking cries and vengeful nature. Mars would have enhanced flight capabilities, possibly sound-based attacks, and enhanced physical attributes.
- **Outcome**: Mars’s aerial combat prowess and versatility make him a close second, able to challenge and potentially defeat most opponents.

#### 3. Saturn (Spider Fruit - Gyuki)
- **Abilities**: The Gyuki, or Ushi-oni, is a spider yokai known for its strength and venom. Saturn would have enhanced agility, web-weaving capabilities, and powerful venomous attacks.
- **Outcome**: Saturn’s combination of agility, trapping capabilities, and venom make him a strong and versatile opponent, capable of dealing with various combat scenarios.

#### 4. Mercury (Boar Fruit - Hoki)
- **Abilities**: The Hoki, being a boar yokai, would grant Mercury immense physical strength, durability, and possibly some form of spectral or mythical boar abilities.
- **Outcome**: Mercury’s raw power and endurance make him a formidable opponent in close combat, but his abilities might be more straightforward compared to the others.

#### 5. Jupiter (Worm Fruit - Sand Wyrm)
- **Abilities**: The Sand Wyrm, inspired by a mythical worm, would likely give Jupiter unique abilities such as burrowing, regeneration, and sand manipulation.
- **Outcome**: While Jupiter’s abilities are unique and provide certain tactical advantages, they might not match the sheer power and versatility of the others in direct combat.

### All-Out Battle Breakdown

- **Venus vs. Mars**: Venus wins due to his combination of spectral abilities, speed, and superior swordsmanship.
- **Saturn vs. Mercury**: Saturn wins due to his agility, trapping capabilities, and venomous attacks.
- **Jupiter vs. Mercury**: Mercury wins due to raw strength and durability.
- **Venus vs. Saturn**: Venus wins due to superior swordsmanship and spectral powers.
- **Mars vs. Saturn**: Mars wins due to aerial superiority and versatile combat abilities.
- **Venus vs. Mars**: Venus wins in a close match due to his multifaceted combat skills and supreme swordsmanship.

Thus, Venus emerges as the strongest, followed by Mars, Saturn, Mercury, and Jupiter.

Honestly after seeing the raws and the first translation I can say that I really like this chapter, in particular the Clover part and the speech about the history written by the victors. The fact is that you need to listen both sides to have an objective history. Robin listening to the broadcast is fundamental considering that in Elbaf we have the knowledge of Ohara which means Oda can't no more scam us like in Egghead
