Its the system (with, granted, the help of a few individual) that choosed to put doctors in charge of gendering kids at birth.
Its the system that is creating kids that will potentially suffer because of gender disphoria
Its the system that push those people to kill themselves.
Those are things set up long before you are born.
You will not F. the life a of kid by supporting them.

So, as you can see, NONE of your sources are actually indicating the ineffectiveness of gender affirming surgeries. In fact, they tend to explain that they are necessary to help gender disphoria and must be accompagnied by a psychological care.
