Lets take Shanks who has the lowest Bounty of the Pre Teach Yonko, how many belli would be added to his bounty if he found the One Piece?

Lets take Prime Newgate and his bounty and let's replace his Devil Fruit with a devil fruit that is also strong but with no where near the destructive capacity and the ability to sink structures Islands away. How much does his bounty reduce?

I'm asking this question because sometimes, when Bounties are brought up certain factors are not taken into account. For example, some people presumably state Roger's Bounty as a means of elevating him above other Top tiers in regards to Individual Strength without considering what finding the one piece is worth in his overall bounty.

Roger bounty was 5.5 in age 53
Whitbeard didn't hit that after 20 years of achievement

on piece = +1.5 bil

none of living or even dead pirate had a bounty of 4 Bil on age 39

Well Bounties are mostly based off crimes, that's why Kidd's is always so monstrously inflated

After all even yonko influence counts more than PL

Mihawk's bounty will never be very good for such reasons

Same goes with Zoro maybe, at least he is part of a crew however

I doubt finding the One Piece offered any significant boost to Roger's bounty. The World Government was willing to pay 5 Billion berries just for the Ope Ope No Mi. If they were that concerned about silencing those who reached Laugh Tale and finding One Piece and learning the history of the World, they'd spike those bounties up tremendously, and put forth much more of an effort to locate the former members of the Roger Pirates.

Well no reason to see Shanks with a highter bounty than Primebeard

He lacks:

- Portrayal
-Titleship
- Influence
- Legend

All these aspects, expecially the third which is the most relevant
