Why is it hard to accept Shiryu can also surpass Mihawk

The gap doesn’t work.

The gap between Yonko and First mate is too large for Shiryu to obtain such a feat

For example Zoro will only surpass Mihawk when Luffy is literally the STRONGEST MAN TO HAVE EVER LIVED… As in only when Luffy is stronger than Joyboy and Imu is when Zoro will finally be above a Yonko level character

Mihawk title reigns supreme he is at the top of all swordsmen in name and reality where is there any fraudulently in his title/strength???? Oda stays absolutely consistent with mihawks title.

We'll have to wait for the chapter but my guess is "changes in the data laboratory" means they found out York was keeping data from Punk Records. And they wiped their memories to stop York from finding out the same way.

Under the basis that Ryuma lived in the same era as the WG which didn’t exist until post Void Century which was when Wano sank and that Ryuma is buried in modern Wano not the sunken Wano which means he lived and died in modern wano
