Eh the sentiment of those words from zoro is still the same

Zoro has reprimanded luffy for not performing like he should be in the past.

And zoro can still criticize him for being sad even after Lilith threw an excuse for him

Point is, goofy didn't perform up to the expectations set on him as a yonko. Which is why even he says that.

The sentiment is not the same if you read the right translation .
Zoro in one is saying why the fuck he sad over just one person dying when he yonko .
In another translation it can also be read as why the fuck he sad and we can't party .
In other words Zoro don't give fuck that VP died , he did not reprimand luffy for not performing like he should because he don't give a fuck that VP died.
Luffy is the one that disappoint in his self Zoro is like come the fuck on you should not care as much .
The whole Zoro say that because luffy not perform as good as he should is not why he say that .
