Nibel is quite obviously bluffing imo. Small chance he's simply withholding information such as being able to be affected by specific types of abilities so as to avoid being targeted. There's no way there is a role that can be basically immune to the regular tools we have at our disposal.

I can also ignore passives and amputate abilities. If anyone wants to coordinate targets with me please say so, I'f prefer to synchronize rather than yolo it.
