How long theyve been gorosei.
Ju Peter had 1 and looks the youngest possibly because he was one of the original gorosei and got Imus power hundreds of years ago, the rest all had to wait until one of the Gorosei failed Imu and died to take up their mantel.

Since Garling is the moon he should either be: the weakest(takes the number 5), third strongest or strongest
