If we follow the theory about the closeness to the sun, garling may be 3th strongest

Warcury > venus > garling (moon) > mars > jupiter > saturn

The position of garling is singular because is the only one who is not a planet

He may be weaker than that, or stronger

This is how I think the EOS Admiral fights go. The Gorosei look more and more like Admiral opponents to me the more we learn.

Garling is likely a Saint Shanks fight. Unfortunately Oda probably doesn’t plan to go anything interesting with Saint Shanks at all. Garling is by far the more interesting Figarland.

Was the only other CD besides Imu and Shanks's brother? In that one panel during Vegapunk's message about the One Piece.

He represents the Moon which is closest to the Earth and Imu most likely represents Earth.

Also unlike the other Elders, if he gets immortality and if it gets taken away, he won't suddenly die unlike the other Elders who are hundreds of years old.

So yeah while I originally thought he would be weaker than most of the Elders with the exception of Saturn, I know think he might end up being the strongest.

In the moment where he was with Imu as only CD in the panel when it come to the One Piece, I knew he was about to be the most important character beside Imu for the WG. Because no one of the other elders was on that panel.

It make sense if he is now the strongest Gorosei.

Topman got hit by Emeth during Emeth hyped moment but ultimately didn’t do much to Topman and Topman wasn’t defeated. Emeth was a central strong figure during the arc.

Top man fought and hurt Emeth and fought the longest against Luffy pushing him back twice
