Tbh, I see Zoro at low top tier possibly mid top tier with KoH Asura but he really needs his true 1vs1 battle against a top tier.

Owning Lucci like that is a great feat and comfortably scales him above high tiers but the thing is, is Lucci even as strong as King?

Sanji's outfit looks better that's true but in zoro's defense. He had to find something capable of covering that beast of a chest.

I get those major pre time skip vibes from this chapter. Damn Elbaf looks fine right now. If it's really an adventure like arc with a lots of beasts and fariy tale stuff and good lore/plot, I wouldn't mind going for a little longer arc. Will see, will see.

Why Nami and Sanji don't have a head gear, are they going to have a romeo and juliet side story or something?

Zoro's eye mask is just a separated piece from the helmet, looks more like the Legend of Zorro eye mask.

Nami doesn't need that shitty pedophile story.

Is Loki a top tier or he a fraud?

I don't know about Loki in specfic, but I think there are going to be near top tier giants or characters in general that are around that level.
I think that some of the giants have to have some haki specs and martial arts specializations aswell. So if Oda would go for watered down versions of guys like Sanji and Zoro in terms of skill and abilities, but them just being giants, it should result in high high tiers atleast.
And they prolly have some lore about warland heroes and stuff, when it already starts with Eargod. So atleast 1 should be a high high tier/low top.

For Loki I'd lean towards him being more of a fraud.
