Yamato appreciation is rare
Just to add to this too, i really love the choice of devil fruit for her especially as a massive Okami game fan too. I'm sad we didn't get more of it but I'm adamant she's gonna join the SHs eventually and we'll see more of it then especially.
In pirate warriors 4 she is extremely strong, fast and her moves are truly beautiful to see in action especially. They did a fantastic job with her, kiku and smoothie like with tashigi in pw3 too.
They treat the female characters far better than Oda lmao. Nami is a huge powerhouse in both games but especially 4 thanks to Zeus ofc.

Yamatos potential is mad high. I 100 % believe she will become a straw hat once Zoro is confirmed equal or stronger than her.
A bit like when Robin joined or even more so when Jinbei joined, too strong characters cant join and take the #2 spot that has been Zoros since chapter 3.
Depending on what happens at Elbaf Zoro might already be at a level high enough to allow Yamato to join.
Sanji might catch up in a few arcs to keep the Monster Trio intact.

Edit: I think a few arcs seems like too much though, I would say Yamato and current Zoro and Sanji's strength is around the same overall,

And I would like to say, if you think Zoro's strength is way more than Yamato's Luffy's and Sanji's, that's alrighty, what I said is just my current opinion, I don't mean to make a powerscaling debate or to put people's opinions down, and I really like the battledome and the powerscaling posts, but I would like for it to be more light hearted and not putting each other's opinions down, but having fun and putting each other up =],

I don’t see Sanji at that level, for me has yet to confirm that he is above Jinbei so for now I rate him below.
Zoro scared Queen senseless, King manhandled Sanji. Queen, begrudgingly, praised King as someone unbeatable.
And Zoro beat Lucci. Remember Luffy, someone that always says ”Oh, its Zoro. He’ll handle it” (Aqua Laguna, Pica, Hawkins and so on), actually asked if Zoro needed a hand. Luffy never does that to Zoro. I dont think Luffy would have allowed even Jinbei or Sanji to fight Lucci, that says something about the strength gap.
Yamato on the other hand held off Kaido (special circumstances of course with father daughter) but also could have done more against Green Bull if not for Momos Pride. Sanji gets packed in against Green Bull.

I think Zoro's fighting style, being a swordsman, has a focus on doing a lot of damage specifically, more so than a brawler with equal strength, so yeah I think Zoro would be better suited for fighting Lucci,
Edit: And I didn't mean a brawler as in Sanji, and also, I think the strawhats got stronger in Egghead and now that they are on Elbaf, so I think Zoro and Sanji are stronger than they were in Wano,
