His true 1vs1 against a top tier resulted in a hostage taking situation when he didn't win fair and square. So the "On 1vs1 always bet on Kaido" statement is fraudulent as hell.
Primebeard and Roger don't need shallow rumor hype statements about themselves to reign superior to the world.
I have Kaido as a high top tier which is more than fine; you're just making him to be top 3 when there will appear at least 5 characters who have a very high chance at surpassing his feats: Akainu, Dragon, Shanks, Mihawk (WB, Xebec and Roger are clear), BB, Imu and now Loki or whoever will be Elbaf's main villain.

Yes, Zoro did go extreme diff with nerfed deaths door 1 HP Lucci and couldn't even walk and its true that Lucci would've bodied him after ez tanking his strongest ever attack, and Jinbei had to save him by jumping Lucci huffing and puffing with asthma. But Luffy sleep diffed the same Lucci at 100%.

-Mentally Nerfed 5% Strength using Non Awakened Kizaru won against Luffy
-Lucci and Luffy had a stalemate. Lucci got up before Luffy and Luffy was still an old man saved by others
-Warcury Owned him
Luffy would be forced to get a new PU if he had to defeat one Gorosei. His peak couldn't undo either of their immortality hax and Warcury easily tanked most of his attacks.
"At best" lol... You can be damn sure the possible strongest giant with a legendary DF won't be just commander level fodder with gimmick hax. Even Dorry and Brogy beat most commanders with their powers.
