I don't think so. Definitely too much for future characters.
I think It will be like "Fuji grow up in a dojo with Wano people and over the years became (idk) a swordsman that went around helping people (or anyway some Zatoichi reference)".
Oda has never been too specific or long in SBS and I don't think he'll start now.
We are getting 2, max 3 phrases each.
However, I am still hyped.

They are not, but they will have their role, or directly against the mugi (and then and FB about them Is 100%) or still having their role during the final war, with Fuji maybe rebelling against the WG.
They are big players and so will have their role.
If not, Oda could have revealed why of Ryo's Tattoo, for example, when there was the SBS about It. No point in postponing It in another SBS shortly after.

I remember when Admiral fans told us to overlook GB’s garbage character writing in Wano because his super sad backstory would instantly make him a better character than Kaido and Meme when it’s revealed. Well it turns out that he’s only getting a 1 paragraph backstory in the SBS, which only like 2% of fans read anyways. Meanwhile, Meme got a good, three chapter long backstory in the actual manga, and even Kaido got at least a half chapter long backstory even if it was trash

You probably think Kaido was well-written. Lol
I think Kuzan may be the exception here. When Garp gets executed because of his undercover actions and when he finally comes clean and backstabs BB, we are bound to get an extensive look into his past, his decisions after the fight with Akainu, and whatever debt he might feel toward Ohara/Robin.
Akainu as well may get a few pages if indeed he was mates with Dragon, before he left the Marines.
You don't need more than a page to explain why the Marine corruption led Fuji to blind himself, and GB's double-suicide tattoo is quite self-explanatory: he loved a woman he was ready to give his life for, and she probably betrayed him (might be a parallel to Imu/Lili).

Again what's there to overlook, we love his character, the last thing I would want is him being changed into some normie nice-guy like Shanks. Him being an extremist is the entire appeal

This is standard SBS shit that he did the same as to warlords.
He's gonna draw child versions of them and say what was their job before joining the navy.
