Noodle said the same thing about Luffy G4 snakeman. Noodle claimed WCI G4 Luffy speed was equal to Egghead Island G4 Luffy speed.

We saw Luffy training in Udon to increase his base strength and speed. Even without that training his strength and speed would improved. All that training and fighting in Wano and Egghead Island increased this haki size and strength.

These people think that Luffy hasn't gotten stronger than his WCI version at all if he's not using aCOC lol. They skipped all of Udon I guess
