I believe Oda should train an artist to copy his style and only focus on the writing part.

Don't say with utmost passion and dedication. You can see earlier op chapters and recent op chapters. There was dedication and passion in those chapters and now it is just detailed fillers after fillers with glossing over important stuff and incomplete endings and underwhelming payoffs.

Yes, Oda is not writing the story the way it is called story. Instead he is writing as if to spite fandom.
