So it's still unclear to me if the main faction knew explicitly Luka was scum, because the win condition for him and Polar has them start out separated and receiving orders of some sort. If they didn't know Luka's alignment it's possible that's why it wasn't hard to pile on Luka once Fuji asked for a Lemon wagon.
