Hard to believe a bum Like Arlong was ally of Fisher Tiger lol
I think Arlong would have been a far bigger menace if he didn't lose Fish Tiger like that especially and Kizaru didn't humiliate him so much too, make him helpless.
Multiple characters like Buggy, Moria, Crocodile, Arlong have trauma from severe losses, whether its losing someone close to them like Roger or Tiger or their crews and they all just kinda gave up and flatlined, took the easy route and bullied innocents/civilians and thus "fodder" in the weakest seas. The safest areas for them, like high level players going to low level zones to bully noobs and stay away from other high level players and top tiers, even stronger ones than themselves especially.
Krieg did the same thing after Mihawk chased him out of the New World apparently, for some odd reason "Mr I dont go all out hunting rabbits with a cannon" fucking chased Krieg from the New World on his coffin boat alone to the East Blue lmfao. I can only guess it was some extremely personal reason we don't know about and with Krieg and Gin showing up on Beehive where Blackbeard reigns, it will probably come up in a potential clash between Cross Guild and the BBP.
I suspect Krieg was somehow involved in the destruction of Mihawks homeland, well that island he stays at now, the one he mentioned to Zoro that was ravaged by warring kingdoms and ruined by poisoned weapons I think too. If Mihawk knew about this, it would make sense on why he obsessively chased Krieg across the entire world, across multiple oceans.
But yeah thats a completely different tangent lol. Arlong and Buggy especially gave up and became the biggest bums, wasted the amazing potential they both had. Arlong was a terrifying menace at the time but he got powercrept HARD.
But Oda will probably bring him back with a power boost, especially with haki too and a big bounty increase for random hype, nostalgia and shock value.
But this is just me yapping away as usual too lol.
