I just don't know how I should be feeling about the direction Oda is going with Elbaph.

He has been talking non-stop about everything being set up for the finale of the series and Egghead seemed to kickstart it (although we all knew it would still take longer than most fans expect), but now he completely slows down the pacing again and seemingly just starts another standard adventure arc.

This just doesn't fit the "we're in the final stage now" claims at all.

The whole pacing of the grand scheme seems off tbh.

It's like you're entering the final lap of a long race, then start your epic sprint to the finish line (Egghead) only to just say "nah" after twenty yards and instead decide to jog to your coach for a quick chat (Elbaph).

I've made a lot of big claims recently, but this arc feels quite unpredictable...if that is gaban..what his role be?
Crocus, objectively speaking, did nothing for the SHs--at most, he was an exposition means.
Rayleigh coated the Sunny and later was Luffy's haki teacher.
From a neutral to a positive stance, so it'd be only natural for the third Roger pirate to be antagonistic to the SHs--not for evil's sake, but as a proper test before the last leg of the OP race.

Permit me, but the only thing you should do Is stop listening to him and his estimations.
According to he man, OP should have already ended, let alone be in its final stage lol.

OP may be in its final stage, but Erbaf Is a key arc and Oda Is going to take all the time to do as he wants, as always.
