York was more front and center and was one of the main people against publicly claiming what location you visit. Could see a vig shoot there if they felt wary. Yasheen was more background and less likely to have any eyes on him compared to York so he would be a safe kill early when there's still unclaimed abilities out there

This is a pretty terrible post as well. Normally I wouldn't say bad speculation implicates him as scum but it begs the question of why he feels compelled to comment on this subject.
