I'm unsure reg Sera, lad is sussing Fuji askin for if he has or not the Active abilities, when the latter is the one who has been defending him. Not a scum behaviour.

Has claimed cop. The flavour also don't match the allignment even in my case. Has sussed active players.
A scum would try to pocket the active ones or the one's who defending him.​

I'm voting for Sera because of the lack of strong counterarguments to the accusations against them, as well as their aggressive approach to the situation. This behavior seems scummy to me.
