@Dr. Watson good you're not in India, there is no tipping culture here unless you in some big restaurants and people go there for special occasions, then it's part of the happiness to share it.

But i agree with Fuji on this, it shouldn't depend on the tipping in the first place. If only, you guys had a strong union to set a optimum minimum price in your area. Individually, they'll keep exploiting you guys​
