That version of Piccolo is significanfly stronger than the version of Piccolo that blew up the Moon, and even that might be above the paygrade of any of the feats that Whitebeard and the others in his scale to.

Piccolo can just any physical blows from pretty much everyone in One Piece, maybe?

People think haki/logia are these othergodly creations that only oda has concocted, but ki. Haki, reiatsu are all one in the same its the user's lifeforce haha

they may have different mechanics and work differently but they are all one in the same.

even then dbz strength and speed are on a whole other level than one piece that with sheer force they bypass logias intangibilty plus ki is energy based attacks which would affect logia users differently than physical attacks do as the sheer overwhelming effect overpowered logia users.

Piccolo can't do a single thing to logias, he has power but that's all Dragon Ball has, no hax or unique abilities really, up to Super at least anyway.
