the wording he used implies that he got the "Your target went nowhere" message, implying that his action went through - however it is like I said not hard evidence.
There could be a multitude of reasons why Yoho would come up as not visiting anyone as scum that the Tracker has no way of knowing.

I can't visit anyone, I have no ability, I have no power whatsoever think about it like this you've been campaigning for my lynch since day 1 but if I was truly scum, if I was truly the dastardly bastard you're trying to paint me has Why would I keep you alive? why wouldn't my scum mates try to take you out, not once in any of these days where you targetted. and Yet you said by your own admission you tried to kill Watson, but Naomi blocked you.
