Once that happens, the revs pull up. Since it's going to bs Dragon's first actual showing, shamrock will be admiral level minimum. I expect two more yc+ or admiral

Luffy's fighting Loki or someone else. Shamrock not only can't be Luffy's fight because the revs will pull once the HK are mobilized, both him & dragon are leaders of their factions + a swordsman that I don't see Oda putting him against. Venus had the least interaction with Luffy.
