Imu being the final big boss
Teach is falling soon in the next 2 arcs

Imu : kaido --> He will lose after a gauntlet to Sun God, Joyboy Nika aka Luffy
Teach : Linlin --> will fall before Imu

Egghead :PH --> scientific arc. Caesar is tied to Vegapunk. build-up arc for Imu /Kaido
Elbaf : Zou + DR --> we get lore and lore. And build-up arc for Imu/Kaido , and we get fights.
Beehive : WCI --> We get the defeats of BBP . We save Garp or so.
Final war act 1 : Navy HQ : Wano act 1 Kuri
Final war act 2 at Mariejois : Wano act 2 Udon
Final war act 3 at the Moon : Wano act 3 Onigashima --> Imu is beaten by Luffy who had tons of help

Is imu earth god or serpent of hell flame? There will be two villains?

Harley text show 3 stories:

(1) first world talks about the serpent and its about the first era
(2) second world talks about the void century and Imu. Imu is referred as the people who became god after slaying the sun
(3) third world is about the current events

Its clear that the serpent (of the first era) and one of the men who became god in the second era (Imu) aren't the same person

Its more plausible that the serpent is somehow the master of Imu, or the being who influenced Imu or some demon who lives inside him

First world seems to have been destroyed/severely affected by Rampage of Earth deity. Sounds like super Volcano or a Tectonic event. Serpent of Hell Flame makes me think about Volcano.
