What Law needs is the awakening mastered to the point it barely tire more than base use. If really he were to have a haki boost something like FS would be better, I can see it making him nearly untouchable when combined with teleportation

Don't think Coby would've reached those heights at the point in the series so I'm very skeptical about that :p but that's an interesting parallel regardless ^^. Personally I think it'd be Sabo coz for one I'd expect the Revos to play some part in the WG's downfall somehow. Kinda like you'd expect Sanji and Zoro to take out the main antagonists strongest subordinates to allow Luffy progress to the main boss, Sabo also kinda fits that mould given he's Luffy's older brother. There's also the fact that Sabo's interacted with the Gorosei once before. Plus if Topman ends being the strongest Gorosei and not Nasujuro I feel like the only character you could somewhat forgive for being pit against the Imu's strongest subordinate is Sabo. Also Sabo seems to be pretty good at CoA and is also a fire user, so feels like a good fit for Topman
