Goofy had no reason to hold back and was in fact begging for food because he could not recover unlike vs Kaido. It took everything from Goofy to keep up with sandbagging Kizaru
Your dumb bajrang gun makes no sense. You think Goofy was holding back against Katakuri just because he did not use King Kong gun?
Also, there's no proof that bajrang gun is stronger than white star gun. White star gun has far more things going for it meanwhile bajrang gun is only big basic punch.

If I post without agenda or bias my opinion is:
Luffy was more invested in their fight than Kizaru was, that's a fact, even if both weren't serious, Kizaru was always on panel admitting to not want doing what he had to do.
I bet if you had a Yonko feeding an Admiral you guys wouldn't shut up saying we were finished, Luffy was using Awakening + ACoC, in fact Kizaru was the only character Luffy used ACoC on.
That fight has to many asterisks to be powerscalled, who knows if Kizaru had something up his sleeve, who knows how strong he truly is. The fact is that he helped Luffy which questions everything from the amount of effort he gave, the threat he wasn't but could be if he wanted, and so on so forth.
If Kizaru is later to show up and use either Awakening or ACoC, then it's over.
