Nothing says that, not even in this chapter is there anything that suggests that.
And for someone who barely cares about feats, Oda sure went out of his way to give characters like Kaido a shit ton of amazing feats to back his amazing portrayal.

The reflection is Doffy and Kuma, Oda introduced these two together side by side and made them the only kings for a reason.
