Rayleigh stopped Kizaru for a couple minutes, it's not like any top tier is steamrolling through Ray even at old age

Yes, Rayleigh should be able to stall anyone. All he did was buy the SH time. The only reason the SH escaped was because Kuma saved them. Otherwise they would be dead.

Yea the Mihawk battle can be the separator but it depends on when it happens. Sanji will also surpass Gaban too.
