Maybe by the end of this arc. But old gaban is minimum old rayleigh level and I simply don't see Zoro/Sanji that strong as of now. They should be below them this arc and get good PU's so they finally enter top tier territory like Luffy did in Wano

But forget zoro/sanji. Even Luffy isn't confirmed over Gaban as of now. We know oda loves wanking his old gen so it really depends on what diff that fight is. And considering it's Luffy at the start of the arc: I expect him to get bodied cause of carelessness. But maybe Gaban has some haki trick he could teach Luffy

We alr know that Luffy cannot bypass the gorosei durability with G5 +ACoC so maybe a more developed technique is what he'll learn so he can harm anyone

One ACoC G5 Punch can atleast equal half of it if we're being conservative. And we know Luffy can spam ACoC in base, and we also know Luffy can fight with a Drunk Kaidou with gear stacking (technically base at this point). 1 min tops and he is able to replicate whatever superficial damage Kaidou suffered prior to fighting fully realized Luffy.

Luffy being at his current lvl able to do meaningful damage from the start of the fight, would be a lot worse for Kaidou than those "15 characters" doing shallow damage. This means right off the jump Kaidou has to eat AdCoA + AdCoC.

It seemed that Gaban walked right past the summoning circle without mentioning it, it could be that he destroyed it
