I mean, even if he does have conquerors, he doesn't have to show it in this fight necessarily. It doesn't even look like he's using his axes. There's plenty of time in the arc for him to reveal his full power. This is just a friendly bout, it's less a fight and more of a test/challenge. Like Netero with the ball or Kakashi with the bells.

I hate Mihawk way more than zoro btw. I genuinely dislike his character and i also cant imagine him being strong even though i know he is but based on his performance it is really hard for me to imagine that.

Also, it would be fucking hilarious after People pushing him as top 1 being fucking hype tooled for some other fraudolent character like Shiryu, but People would push the Shiryu > kuzan dumb agenda even further so yeah no nevermind.

Like they killed countless kids just to miss ace just coz he's the son of PK but didn't do shit when luffy got the most controversial DF in OP universe history.

It does suggest WG has limitation... But those limitation while being the most dominant force on earth bar none doesn't make sense

Why would he join Blackbeard? Just don’t see how that would play out

Dunno if he’d want to bum it out with Shanks either. Especially since his whole goal is essentially to do nothing and Shanks is about to join the battle for the One Piece

Yeah, but at least Chopper had golden moments in between, like how he acknowledged that he knew he was weak but didn't want to hold the crew back, which was why he went all out against Gedatsu who was leagues above him and won through quick thinking and determination. Same with CP9. After the timeskip, you expect this little guy to do better, but no. Even his medical skills are lackluster now. With Law and Vegapunk needing to detoxify the kids rather than him, and Chopper being unable to cure the effects of SMILE despite his goal being to cure all ailments. Plus Kung Fu Point looks like total unfettered ass.

Isn't Admirals being equivalent or greater comparatively to the Yonko in caliber be a loophole given if that was the case Admirals would have taken over the pirate world already knowing that they have handful Admiral candidates on 3 solid admirals + their chief.


That wouldn't make sense narratively...because Marineford war exists..

My take on the "balance"

The balance that existed pre timeskip is:
- yonkos keep each other in check, because of their selfish nature preventing each other from working together
- presence of 4 yonkos keeping marines in check. They can't invade and take out a single Yonko, because that would force all the Yonko to team up for self preservation - something marines don't want.
- marines (with shichibukai) remaining the strongest force in the world balanced against collective might of 4 Yonkos.
