Kaido confirmed that aCoC Base Luffy could go toe to toe with him. A stronger Base Luffy was just confirmed that he can't have a competitive fight with old washed, weaponless Gaban let alone Prime Gaban.

Nah. Kaido is like kenpachi who sandbags and release more of his powers as the fight proceeds. Hence we see him later dominating G4 and at the end even G5.

The moment Kaido uses FS he easily blitzed snakeman luffy.

As for oden he is ranked along side roger , shanks , Prime WB so he is relative to them. This portrayal will never change. I can see prime gaban = Prime oden or Prime gaban extreme diffing oden.
