Luffy can still beat him 1v1. It's just a much higher diff than previously thought.

Story wise they work for the bad guys but are no where near as evil as the people running them .
Beating them not going change the world that will happen when Cds and Imu lose power .
Hell fuji is basically a good guy , Kizaru will follow orders but he not that bad either .

Genuinely will need to see the chapter to judge, but I wouldn’t be shocked if Gaban wins extreme diff as of now. Not sure what other reason Oda would have to showcase Gaban surrendering to the two v one instead of a one v one.

Same would apply to Akainu vs Zoro lol, we are obviously operating under the notion that the fight gets done justice. Major Luffy opponents always get much greater panel time and focus, so you'd be damning Akainu with your logic.

You're right, but the prospect of a Brawler like Akainu with high lethality against Zoro is more exciting. And that creates more chances of witnessing new combat techniques from Zoro
Unfortunately, this can only be a headcanon scenario

Off topic low effort post, but I’ve been thinking about this for months now: I basically think Oda is setting up Raftel to be an all-out war between all Admirals, all Yonko, and potentially even all Shichibukai. I even think Kaido and Big Mom will return for a gigantic battle royale between the OG great powers before the final war against the inner WG and the primordial gods.

Oda has stressed that everybody is on the move and is about to head somewhere. I basically think Raftel is about to be raised from the sea somehow and everyone and their mother will head there. What do you guys think?
