I omitted the SHP, too many interactions with more or less every crew member acknowledging Zoros strength. Focused on others that only saw for brief moments but yet came to the wrong conclusion or were impressed by Luffy having a guy like that as no2.

I might have missed a couple of moments from Dressrosa. Fujitora, Orlumbus, Bartolomeo ("Vice Captain in my eyes"). Think Smoker might have said something in Logue Town too.

I can’t really figure out where to scale Gaban in his prime off this

I think everyone can acknowledge he was a top tier (one attack had Luffy and Zoro ready to nearly go all out) but where he falls on the spectrum I’m not too sure

Also curious to see how this upscales Rayleigh since Gaban should be close to him but at least slightly weaker

Prime Gaban probably where Oda alluded to last chapter, on par with Roger and Rayleigh. Weaker yeah but close enough that Roger would need minimum high to extreme diff to beat him.

Current Gaban I think is on par with Rayleigh and Kizaru.
