Highly doubt it, I believe Mihawk is probably the descendent of Cyrano, just like how Zoro is the descendent of Ryuma.
Not just that but the only reason why swordstans are trying to force this connection between the CD and Mihawk is because of Shanks.
Shanks is the son of Garing who is one of the Elders, so according to swordstans that means Mihawk should be related to Imu.
Shanks's brother is the leader of the God's Knights, that means Mihawk should be a former God's Knight or just like Shanks, has a relative that is a member of the God's Knights.
Again it is just swordstans trying to leech off of Shanks again and nothing more.
Not every character needs to have huge special connection to make them special, I would rather have Mihawk be born as a normal person that trained up to become the strongest swordsman in the world, instead of him just being another Shanks or Doffy 2.0.
Maybe Mihawk could be from a Noble family but not a CD family.
