The Holy knights are free to do what they want, technically, but there are still Dori and Brogi who are now a powerhouse combined, Jorul too even if it's not on their level. There is Gyaban too. Plus the mid trio. Can they defend against the holy knights?

Gunko here is the key, we saw how she can create "animals" or beasts with her ability. I think she will use it a lot to stall at least the straw hats and the normal giants.

I don't think he is the red serpent. The red serpent is either the redline or a godly being which was killed by Nika in the past.
