And even if I believe your retardation that Kaido never used Future Sight before reveal, someone whose CoO is high level enough to use future sight can at least predict power levels and Kaido after analyzing power levels of each rookie, figured out Hakai is enough to kill them all.

Oda showed back in Egghead that he can still tell apart when he wants ACoC to be well known. Those two instances are Shanks' Kamusari and Garp's Galaxy Impact. Both were clearly ACoC attacks by their characteristics and Luffy's attacks weren't. That indicates to me Luffy wasn't actually using ACoC

Think no black lighting even thick like Gabban's should be considered Acoc until or unless it solidified and the appropriate attention is given to it by, for instance in Gabban's case, by luffy who just notes to it being just Haki nothing over the top. Even in Kizaru's case...he didn't react much to Luffy's attack...like Aramaki did towards Yamato's Haki.

Yea I'm thinking Yamato didn't use ACoC against GB either but she has more leeway considering her ACoC is without ACoA
