25 is higher than 24 so I suspect the quality to be a bit better but depending on the price difference is go with one of the 24s if the 25s are 100$ more but it's barely any better in quality go 24

As for buds I'm not sure I mainly use skull candy that's been my go to headphones/earbuds since 2017 but same deal compare the price and the sound quality and get the best one that's in your budget

Tbf since I'm based in the EU the S24 series and previous models use the exynos chip and only this year Samsung launched the Snapdragon on the S series in the EU, so with that in mind even if it's a bit further apart in price than let's say 100 € it might be worth it to get the S25.

Heard the buds FE are more comfortable and stick better in the ear. Maybe that one. Cheaper than the other ones too
