Unrelated to these spoilers but a certain L57 dog told me Luffy was using G4 whip in beginning of Elbaf but look what we have here:

This feels like a slow chapter. Honestly half of this could have happened alongside last week and it would be better received. Though maybe the black Nika is a set up for later. Hope it's not just Blackbeard though, that would be the most obvious and boring answer.
Also how is Loki summoning lightning. Is it the weapon or his devil fruit and if either how? Enel has the lightning devil fruit. Presuming he is still alive. And the only other person using an implement to summon lightning is Nami. Who is explicity using tehnology and a ... sentient cloud to do so. But Loki smacks a hammer really hard and lightning just happens. I mean yes norse reference but still.
Also what is the point of putting the kids to sleep then summoning their nightmares. They won't be scared of them whilst asleep. Requiring the victim to be asleep would be a big drawback of that ability. On the other hand potential interesting consequences for a lot of the crew if it isn't limited in that way.
I feel like we may not have a clear conclusion to this arc the way we have had previous ones. After all we already had a party then again Oda wouldn't be bothered by doing two parties. But the slow build up towards the action begins and I feel like any chance at more answers rather than questions dies with it this arc. Ah well it was good while it lasted.
