Laido's takes should never be taken seriously. He just had a 3 day battle with Meme and told Luffy on rooftop no one has pushed him that hard

Also Shanks came out with 0 injuries and Kaido said that he's never said such free wheeling combat with Luffy meaning one clash with Shanks was enough to put him in his top 5

Shanks clears that powercliffed bum tbh so does other Yonkos like Teach and Luffy

I never understood the cope about Shanks stopping him at marineford. The guys dream is to start a world war and he ran away from the biggest one. People said they made an "agreement", which is what? Shanks invests in the Wano economy? Lmao

That just doesn't fit his character, though I don't even know if it makes sense that he would want to target WB before he went to MF anyway, so I guess Oda just didn't think much about that line?
