I mean if I see a giant kid wanting to join my crew and he's not strong enough to fight what's bout to come, I would beat his ass to a pulp too. To show that weaklings can't survive in my crew.

I don't see Whitebeard being under someone that is pure evil

Whitebeard may have changed over time, in latest chapter he did note that Xebec may have gone too far on a kid

Rocks stabbing kid Loki doesn’t make him evil, but that is a kid. Rocks’ death could’ve inspired Loki unlike Roger’s death. Loki could just hate Roger. That just means Loki is a different pirate than Luffy and others. Since Roger battled Rocks with Garp , that means Rocks is evil to Luffy. That could be the difference between Loki and Luffy. So Rocks is evil in the story..

For garp it's easy he's a marine he has to protect them even though he hates them but Roger yeah oda needs to try and justify why he protect the world nobles

Tired of that trope, which Loki might also be a victim of (it's not looking good for my Loki being pure evil agenda). It's going to be heavy bullshit if Xebec's good. I want him to be the most evil pirate possible with no sorts of redeeming qualities whatsoever without any background pain sob backstories that may make his motivations seem reasonable. Fuck that. There is plenty of those in One Piece. 90% of minor villains in One Piece are just evil.
