Jinbe is a respected figure in the world, look at Kidd and Law's reaction to Jinbe joining, his role as a warlord and an ally of the WBPs, his strength in the war of the best, what he represented in the Big Mom pirates and how he challenged Linlin and drove her off even, casually accepting her challenge in Wano then shoulder throwing her. He is the boss fishman, strongest most honorable of his race, he's been in the story for quite some time now each time stealing the show. In Egghead no one really did anything of importance besides Luffy, even Zoro got stuck for months with a useless fight against Lucci.

Franky more so now a days, but robin? Oda uses her for a few scenes of exposition then treats her pretty poorly rest of the arc. (Look at egghead when void century lore was being dropped. Robin wasn’t even there)
