CoC may have one last stage which makes Roger and Shanks rival rocks pirates cause if there's nothing else, I don't see how Roger can beat them 1v1

Saturn had some good skills(Nuke poison explosions, Eye hax) but his fight style sucked brutal...
I assume we see the weakeness of the Gorosei/Holy Knight regen power, it would make look Saturn clearly not good enough since his reaction speed sucks, his fight style sucks... A large target easy to get hit.

He is still a top tier but be honest, comparing Big Mom to Saturn, it is like day and night.
Big Mom was also big and had bad reaction speed, but her fightstyle was pretty unique and her moveskills been also on point.
Saturn was probably the weakest top tier and he would not face any one beyond mid diff if the opponent knows his weakeness.

BM doesn't have bad reaction speed
Even in that 1v2, she did well against kid and law
