Hmmmm oh wait, we already saw Saul being defeated already in the past by Kuzan.

If Oda was going to have the Holy Knights defeat any notable giants, it should have been Dorry and Brogy.

Not random teacher giants, or Saul who already got defeated in the past.

Oh and defeating a Vice Admiral isn't really a big deal anymore, seeing how Franky one shotted one during the Egghead arc, and Bonney humiliating them as well.

Take off your power scaling glasses, Sommers defeated Saul because it will elicit an emotional reaction from the readers.

So the Holy Knights hypetool were the Colon Pirates for Gunko, Teachers for Killingham, and Saul for Sommers.

Not Gaban or even Dorry and Brogy.

At least Killingham and Sommers defeated their opponents.

Gunko on the other hand didn't defeat anyone, and her regen had to save her from Usopp's attack.

After that she then kidnaps Colon.

Stronger than Doffy, yeah sure she is.

Gunko did her mission and was vs 5 on 1 .
Who care if she use regen it part of her power set until they find a way around it just like logias , skills , DF etc etc.

There’s also no evidence that Moriah can even match up and hit Jinbei back. It was not an all-out fight. All context we got is that Jinbei dominated and had to move on like every other fight/clash in the war.

Again, if the fight was as one sided as you claim the inconclusive ending makes no sense. The context we got was Jinbe got one hit in, then fight Moriah offscreen to no conclusion, until Curiel came in. There was no conclusion
