Breaking a logias elemental form even with haki is not equivalent to the actual damage they take (see Kuzan and Jozu).

Triggering a HK/Gorosei’s regen IS equivalent to the damage they would take (Gunko’s arm would still be blown off without regen).

You're overthinking this, simply when characters have regeneration, they'll get their limbs and body blown into pieces or cut all the time, but when the SH finally learn how to counter it, they'll become durable and dodge everything. That's how things like this work.

Dude got eyesnulldiff was so useless for basically 99% of eggsarc but yeah oda will never offscreen sanji to stall an enemy for most of the arc. Sanji is written to be a good strategist, and his biggest drive has always been to protect people. He will never, ever not make sanji do his thing

That’s not true, Warcury ALREADY IS durable even with his regen up.

Ryokugyu has regen but it still didn’t matter since Oda showed his durability against different fire attacks (Raizo’s ninpo vs blast breath).

Will the HKs suddenly start dodging more once their regen is outed? Sure.

Will they magically become more durable? No.

There’s no way these HKs are the main villains of this arc tbh.

Gunko seems to be the strongest out of the three, but any generic attack from the M3 can probably blow her to pieces if she doesn’t block.
